1. 1.Introduction by reporter and purpose of pre-examination meeting
2. 2. Introduction of those representing the parties at the meeting
3. 3. Code of Practice for handling inquiries under the Electricity Act 1989
4. 4. a) Additional environmental information relating to cumulative LVIA and photomontages and additional viewpoints. Clarification as to what this will comprise of, when this is to be submitted and related consultation period. b) Socio-economic update – clarification as to what this will comprise of, and why it would not constitute environmental information. Confirmation of any consultation period if required
5. 5. Provisional assessment of the main issues to be addressed and those requiring further procedure (see Appendix 1)
6. 6. Participation in further procedures (who and how long for each session). The reporter will seek confirmation of those participating in each of the oral sessions indicated in Appendix 1
7. 7. Dates, location and likely overall duration of hearing and inquiry sessions (Parties to be ready to discuss and agree dates, provisionally set as week commencing 17 November 2025. Recommendation of possible locations or oral sessions welcomed)
